Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

Welcome to SavePin! We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), SavePin has implemented a strict policy to address copyright infringement claims regarding content processed through our platform.

SavePin operates purely as a technical tool and a service provider. We do not host, store, stream, or re-upload any videos, images, or media files on our own servers. All content processed through our tool is fetched directly from the third-party platform's Content Delivery Network (CDN) servers at the request of the user.

How to File a Takedown / Block Request

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that media processed through our Pinterest downloader infringes upon your copyright, you may request a restriction. We maintain a technical blacklist system to explicitly block specific URLs from being processed by our tool.

To submit a valid DMCA notice, please send an explicit email request to our designated agent at: info@savepin.app

Your request must include the following information:

  • 1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • 2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • 3. The specific source URL (e.g., the exact Pinterest link) that you want blocked from our tool.
  • 4. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
  • 5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • 6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Our Action Upon Notification

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, SavePin will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the contested content. Specifically, we will add the requested source URLs to our internal blacklist within 24 to 48 business hours, making it impossible for users to process or fetch that content through our platform in the future.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

It is your responsibility to check whether these terms have been modified or updated. Last updated: June 2026.
